Family Autumn Photoshoot in Fleet, Hampshire

After a false start (with some rain putting a dampner on the first date we had scheduled for this session!), we delayed by a few days and were blessed with the most beautiful Autumn evening second time around.

Older newborns outdoors

Outdoor photoshoots are perfect for slightly older babies. They are a little more resilient to the elements and a slightly later bedtime. This family brought their sweet 3/4 month old baby girl as well as their two dogs. Dogs are always welcome on family shoots – you can always rely on fur babies to add some extra fun and chaos to the shoot!

I photograph at a range of family friendly locations near Fleet, in Hampshire and Surrey. Locations like Fleet Pond and Frensham Little Pond are my favourites for the amazing skies and textures all year round.

 

Sunset shoot

I always schedule photoshoots around an hour or so before sunset. This gives the beautiful golden glow, epic coloured skies and soft romantic edge to your photos. With younger children Spring and Autumn are an ideal time to book your session as sunset is that bit earlier.

So we met about an hour before the sun went down and had a little walk and a chat. First up we stopped at a beautiful woodland area before heading to the autumnal, textured field. We were blessed with a stunning, coloured sunset sky where we had loads of fun. There was lots of cuddles, walks and connection with baby (plus chasing the dogs around and bribing with treats!)
